Image of the Day: Chocolate-Berry Ice Cream Cake

This triple-decker Chocolate-Berry Ice Cream Cake by Pip & Ebby is a sweet combination of store-bought sorbet and homemade cake. The rich chocolate base is frozen with a thick layer of vanilla ice cream mixed with fresh blackberries and pink raspberry sorbet. A final flourish of plump blackberries decorates the top of this creamy cool cake.
