    You didn’t mention the best dumplings of all, Perogies. Frozen ones are available nationwide in grocery stores, but they are a barely acceptable substitute for homemade. My mother-in-law made the best, but if you don’t have a homemade source, look for a Ukranian or Polish restaurant or deli. Happy hunting
