I’m so happy to be a part of this campaign! I will admit – I was completely terrified to try making the omelette, but it was so easy! Definitely the best omelette I’ve ever made at home. Julia knew what she was talking about :)

Julia was a great personality!I was fortunate enough to have attended several of her book signings and A Celebration with Jacques Pepin,in Boston, during her later years. She was always so gracious, just being herself.
I loved her rapport with Jacques. What a magnificent team they made!
She made it happen and started it all with her series on PBS and with her awesome cookbooks! She opened the door for many Top Chefs. We salute you,Julia. Thank you!
I learned so much about cooking, from Julia. She is such an inspiration to me and to all of us who love to cook. She is greatly cherished by so many. I’m glad to be part of such A Celebration of Her Life! Bon Appétit, Julia!!!
Julia was my inspiration back in the late 50′s, and her casual brilliance will endure throughout this millennium. Her French onion soup recipe is truly timeless, and one that I have been using all these years. You can’t improve on perfection She is truly a lady to be celebrated!
