With the winter chill in the air growing colder by the day, now is the best time for warming and comforting soups. With so many delicious options like chicken noodle, split pea, minestrone, French onion, corn chowder, broccoli and cheddar, and potato leek, it’s a good thing winter is just getting started.

What’s your favorite kind of soup?

I would have to say something that includes a lot of vegetables, perhaps a chowder, full of this & that.
I am a firm believer of soup having the benefits of vegetables to cure what ails you., especially during the winter months.

Seafood Newburg is my all time favourite. Hot, rich and creamy, it’s the perfect soup for retiring from the world on a cold grey weekend day.
