I hope and pray you bring back Gourmet magazine, someday: This computer stuff is SO unsatisfying, confusing, cold!
Thanks for the recipes. Highly appreciated.
One comment.
on http://www.gourmet.com/food/gourmetlive/2011/111611/21st-century-take-on-turkey?printable=true you offer an ‘app’ for the ipad:
“And to see the full set of my turkey recipes, download the Gourmet Live app, where you can earn “A Revolutionary 21st-Century Thanksgiving”—our complete holiday recipe collection—as a Reward for reading this story.”
I guess we, the 90+% who don’t have a ipad are SOL. What kind of logic is that? Sorry I do not get it.
If those recipes are available with an ipad, they should also be made such for the rest of your readers.
With that kind of thinking (elitist, segregationist maybe?), should I expect an answer? The answer is, again, matbe.
