While her husband stays busy rubbing elbows with the likes of Bobby Flay and Mario Batali, Liz slices her days in a different way. Having been involved in the restaurant industry since her 20s, she has experience in every facet of designing, launching, and maintaining restaurants. Working her way from bartender to waitress to manager to owner, she now supervises all design aspects of the couple’s six (soon to be seven) restaurants, and oversees their beverage programs, including wine lists, liquor, and cocktail offerings.
