Nothing says summer like ripe, delicious, home-grown tomatoes. Roost provides a Southern spin on a classic Caprese with her Heirloom Tomato, Almond Crusted Okra & Chive Aioli Salad finished with fresh basil. Serve it with some iced, sweet tea for a real down-home meal.
