What is your all-time favorite recipe from your blog?
That’s a difficult one to decide, almost like asking me which child I love more.
What is the first meal you ever cooked?
I decided I would cook a meal for my parents’ 19th anniversary in 1985. I invited 10 people and prepared spaghetti with tomato sauce. Exciting, huh!
If you had to blog about one ingredient every day for a year, what food it be?
One ingredient? That’s a tough one to choose, but perhaps zucchini.
I will never eat:
Intestines, fish eyes or anything that tastes as bad as it smells, such as stinky tofu.
What is your favorite restaurant and what do you order there?
Jane’s on the Common, because their menu changes according to what’s available from the local market and because their food is delicious any time of day.
What other blogs, food or otherwise, do you read regularly?
Kalofagas – Greek Food & Beyond, Chubby Hubby, Kalyn’s Kitchen, Matt Bites, Wish Upon A Stove, TomKat Studio, Closet Cooking
When you’re not blogging about food or cooking, what other activities do you do?
I love to walk, paint, entertain and read.
Is there a food you used to hate, but now love?
Brussels sprouts and blue cheese
If you were trapped on a desert island with only five ingredients, what would you pick?
Garlic, anchovies, tomatoes, asparagus and pasta
What is your current food fix?
Comfort foods such as homemade soup, boiled dinner and homemade mac ‘n cheese.
